What Makes Business Relocation Different?

Business relocation requires careful coordination, precise timing, and minimal disruption to daily operations. Unlike residential moves, it involves planning around employees, equipment, technology, and building rules while keeping downtime to a minimum. Professional commercial movers ensure everything is organized, labeled, and moved in a way that allows your business to resume work quickly.

With licensed and insured crews, flexible scheduling, and experience handling office furniture, sensitive equipment, and confidential files, business relocation is executed efficiently and securely. The result is a smooth transition, protected assets, and a move-in process that keeps productivity on track. Contact us today for your project evaluation and a custom quote.

Crew & Time Guidelines

  • Startup / Small Office: 1–2 days
    (often over a weekend)

  • Medium-Sized Company: 3–5 days

  • Large Corporation: 1–2 weeks or more  (phased moves common)

About 85 percent of Business Relocation falls within these ranges, but not all. Packing service will require more time.

What can add time: Long carries, multiple flights of stairs, elevator access or building restrictions, tight turns, extra disassembly, packing on move day, technology setup and testing, and multi-stop routes.

Laasya, Inc.
Seattle Business and Corporate Moving

Beck team was FANTASTIC and made our move super smooth and efficient. They were extremely quick and careful with all of our items. They had all of the equipment on hand to wrap, pack, cushion and move and could easily manage all of our oddly sized and fragile items. I would highly recommend this service to anyone on the lookout for quick, efficient, careful movers.

Yes! We offer flexible scheduling, including evenings and weekends, to minimize disruption to your business operations and keep your team productive.

Definitely. We handle cubicles, desks, conference tables, and shelving systems - carefully disassembling and reassembling everything at your new location.
